REPORTS, REVIEW AND SIGN-OFF

From template to approved report,
with nothing left behind.

The adjuster starts from a template, not a blank page. The reviewer comments, returns or approves, and approval locks the report. No claim closes incomplete.

01 / THE REPORT

Less time writing.
More time assessing.

Preliminary, final and supplementary reports, generated from versioned templates with their own sections and fields.

01

Templates with
auto-filled fields.

Auto-filled fields come from the claim. If the adjuster changes one, it is flagged, with the option to restore the original value.

02

Issued versions
don't change.

Submitting locks the report. Reopening creates a new draft version, and the PDF is generated automatically.

03

Letters and documents
ready to send.

Visit notice, deadline and closing letters for each party, by post or email, plus Word templates with merge fields.

04

Several brands,
one platform.

Trading name, logo, colour, report footer and email signature set per brand.

02 / REVIEW AND SIGN-OFF

A second read.
A rigorous sign-off.

Quality review follows rules, not goodwill. And sign-off always takes two different people.

Comments by section. The reviewer comments on each section, and comments can be answered, resolved or reopened.
Checklists with mandatory items. Each item is marked compliant, non-compliant or not applicable. With mandatory items outstanding, there is no approval.
Version comparison.Compare two versions of the report, including the values changed from the claim.
Returned with a correction deadline. The reviewer returns the report to the adjuster with a reason and a deadline for corrections.
Four eyes at sign-off.Authors don't review their own report, and whoever requests sign-off can't approve it. Sign-off checks for the approved report, open requests and documents.
Quality tracked.Audits, non-conformities with corrective actions, an owner and a deadline, and assessments.

Can we use our own report templates?

Yes. You configure the templates, with your own sections and fields, and they can be imported from Word. Every change creates a new version.

What happens to a report once it's approved?

Approval locks the content, the values and the checklist. To make changes, the report is reopened, which creates a new version, and the previous one is kept.

Who can approve closing a claim?

Someone other than the person who requested it. Sign-off checks that there is an approved report with its PDF generated and no open requests or documents.

Can the report include an estimate?

Yes. Estimates have line items, tiered loadings and a configurable rate table, with PDF output.
