01 / THE WHOLE OPERATION

Fewer loose ends.
More claims moving.

The work doesn't end at assignment, and it doesn't start at the report. PeritOS follows all seven stages of every claim, and the next step is always at the top.

Instructions, assignment and diary Reports and review

RECEIVED

An organised start. An assignment with reasons.

Take instructions by hand or by integration. The service type brings the deadline, the client's instructions and the report template, and the rules pick the right adjuster, with the reason kept on file.

  • Only three required fields to open a claim
  • Assignment by skills, territory, workload and travel
  • Candidates, scores and exclusions explained

Deadlines, work queues and KPIs run across every stage. Each step is logged, with who did it and when.

02 / RUN THE OPERATION

Nobody goes looking.
Everyone knows what to do.

Five default roles, each with its own workspace: administrator, director, supervisor, adjuster and administrative staff. Adjusters only see their own claims.

Claims operations

01

The day starts
with the queues.

Unassigned, to schedule, overdue, deadline approaching, returned, on hold. Each row tells you what is going wrong.

02

The next step,
by priority.

My tasks shows what to do on each claim, including the tasks the system creates itself.

03

Every claim,
stage by stage.

Status reporting puts delays in plain sight, along with client updates that have slipped past the agreed frequency.

04

From KPIs
to action.

Dashboards for operations, deadlines, assignment, quality and management. Click any figure to open the claims behind it.

Deadlines the system enforces on its own.

Policies by client, insurer, product and service, counted in business days with holidays. Every pause needs a reason, and warnings arrive before a breach.

03 / WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS

On site.
Even with no signal.

An inspection doesn't wait for signal. Visits, notes, photos, video and audio are captured offline and reach the claim when the connection returns. And when travel isn't worth it, the inspection happens remotely.

Field app

A lost phone isn't a data leak.Encrypted copy behind a PIN: five wrong attempts lock it, ten wipe it.
The signal returns. The work carries on.Automatic upload when the connection is back, with conflict resolution.
Not every inspection needs a journey.Video inspection from a link sent by SMS, with nothing to install. The call isn't recorded: only what the adjuster saves is kept.
Documents without the back and forth. The policyholder sends photos and documents through a secure link, with no account or password. The adjuster checks them.

04 / CONFIDENCE IN EVERY DECISION

Rigour in the process.
Peace of mind in the operation.

From evidence to sign-off, quality takes more than good intentions. It takes review, permissions and traceability.

Security and GDPR

01

A second read.
A rigorous sign-off.

Comments by section, checklists and version comparison. Authors never review their own work, and sign-off takes two people.

02

The history doesn't
rely on memory.

Changes, access and exports logged with author, date and source. Reopening a claim always requires a reason.

03

The right access.
Protected context.

Permissions checked on the server for every request, plus a phone code for sensitive roles. Without permission, personal data arrives masked.

04

Your data,
in your own installation.

A dedicated installation per client, hosted in the European Union. Every uploaded file is scanned for viruses.

Configured by you, not coded.

Catalogues, client instructions, rules, deadlines, workflows and versioned templates. An inbound API with keys you manage, several email providers, and optional SMS and audio transcription. In English, Portuguese and Spanish.

05 / ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

AI prepares.
The adjuster decides.

From audio transcription to filling in new claims from email. The technical decision and the signature always belong to the adjuster.

The adjuster decides

Every suggestion shows its confidence level and its reasoning, and is only saved once accepted.

Off by default

No data leaves the platform until CloudWorks switches AI on for your installation.

Data protected

Audio transcription runs only in EU regions. The call log keeps costs and timings, never the text.

Fully traceable

The model, the prompt version, the output and who accepted what are all logged.

No single supplier

The model can be swapped in configuration, without a new release of the application.

Costs under control

A monthly budget and limits per workspace, with the estimated cost of each use.

    Video inspection and AI

NO LOOSE ENDS

Naturally,
you'll want to know more.

Your operation has its own quirks.
Your demo should too.

Let's talk
Who is PeritOS for?

Loss adjusting firms and teams that manage technical assessments: coordinators, field adjusters and reviewers. It connects instruction, assignment, scheduling, site visit, report, review and sign-off, with five default roles: administrator, director, supervisor, adjuster and administrative staff.

Can we work without an internet connection?

Yes. The field app installs on the phone and records visits, notes, photos, video and audio with no signal. Data is kept in an encrypted copy behind a PIN and uploaded when the connection returns, with conflict resolution. In the demo we can go through the requirements and limits of this workflow.

Can we adapt PeritOS to the way we work?

Yes, through configuration rather than code: catalogues, client instructions, assignment rules, deadlines, workflows, report and letter templates, and multiple brands. Every change creates a new version, and existing claims keep the rules they were opened with. Insurers can send instructions through an API with keys you manage.

How are access and data handled?

Each client has a dedicated installation, hosted in the European Union, in Germany or Finland. Permissions are checked on the server, sensitive roles need a phone code, connections are encrypted, every file is scanned for viruses and there is a full audit log.

Is our data used by artificial intelligence?

Only if AI is switched on for your installation. It ships switched off, and nothing leaves the platform until CloudWorks enables it at the client's request. Each suggestion waits for a decision from the person who will use it, and the model supplier can be changed.

How does the demo work?

The demo is a conversation about your workflow and a walkthrough of the platform. Scope, configuration, hosting and commercial terms are agreed with your team. You don't need to share any real claim data.
