Instructions in,
without rekeying.
Cases created by hand or received from work providers through an inbound API with keys you manage. Duplicates are flagged before anything moves on.
For independent motor engineering and vehicle damage assessment firms in the UK and Ireland. PeritOS takes each instruction from assignment through physical or desktop assessment to a reviewed engineer's report, with every photo and decision on file.
01 / FROM INSTRUCTION TO ASSESSMENT
Three required fields to open a case. The service type brings the rest: deadline, client instructions, report template and technical tabs such as Vehicles, Damages and Estimates.
Cases created by hand or received from work providers through an inbound API with keys you manage. Duplicates are flagged before anything moves on.
Assignment by skills, territory, availability, workload and travel time, with every candidate's score and every exclusion kept on file.
Inspect on site with the field app, even with no signal, or assess from the desk using photos and video the vehicle owner sends by secure link.
Vehicles, Damages and Estimates tabs keep the technical detail of each case structured, instead of buried in notes.
02 / FROM ESTIMATE TO ENGINEER'S REPORT
The engineer starts from a template, not a blank page. Estimates, evidence and the report sit on the same case, and nothing is signed off without a second pair of eyes.
