INSTRUCTIONS, ASSIGNMENT AND DIARY

The right adjuster on the right claim.
On time.

From the moment an instruction arrives to the booked site visit, PeritOS picks the adjuster using rules it can explain, checks the diary before booking and tracks every deadline without spreadsheets.

01 / FROM INSTRUCTION TO SITE VISIT

Every claim starts
in the right place.

Three required fields to open a claim. The service type brings the rest: deadline, client instructions, report template and technical tabs.

01

Instructions without
double keying.

Claims created by hand or received through an inbound API with keys you manage. Duplicates and recent policies are flagged before anything moves on.

02

Assignment by rules,
not guesswork.

Valid skills, territory, availability, workload and travel time. A conflict of interest always excludes the adjuster.

03

Every choice,
explained.

Each assignment keeps the score of every candidate and the reason for every exclusion. Choosing someone else is an exception, with its own permission and a reason.

04

A diary that checks
before it books.

Overlaps, leave, holidays, contact windows and travel time are all checked. Booking anyway requires a reason.

02 / DEADLINES THAT MANAGE THEMSELVES

Deadlines don't depend
on anyone's memory.

The right SLA policy is chosen for each claim and counts time in business days, with holidays. When a deadline is at risk, the team knows before it is breached.

Policies by client, insurer and service.Up to seven criteria pick the policy: client, insurer, brand, product, service type, department and priority.
Business days and holidays.Calendars with national bank holidays already loaded. Regional holidays are added in configuration.
Every pause has a reason.Suspending, resuming or extending a deadline is logged, with who did it and why.
Warnings before a breach.Deadline status is checked every minute, and warnings go by email to the right people on each claim.
Compliance in plain sight. An SLA dashboard with compliance, risk, breaches and average times by client and by adjuster.
Rules that don't change mid-claim.A new version of a policy applies to new claims. Open claims keep the version they started with.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Assignment and deadlines,
no surprises.

Every operation has its own rules.
We'll show you how to set them up in the demo.

Talk to the team
Can instructions arrive automatically from insurers?

Yes, through an inbound API with keys you manage, per-minute and per-day limits and protection against duplicate submissions. Claims can also be created by hand, with just three required fields.

Is adjuster assignment automatic?

It can be. There are two modes: automatic, or with management approval. When the thresholds you set aren't met, automatic mode switches to asking for approval. Either way, the explanation for every assignment is kept.

How does the adjuster receive the claim?

The adjuster receives an offer, which they accept or decline with a reason. Offers expire, and when they do, the claim goes back to the assignment queue.

Is the policyholder contacted automatically?

If SMS is switched on, the policyholder gets a message when the claim arrives, plus visit notices, rescheduling notices and reminders, never at night. With no phone number or consent, the system creates a phone-call task instead.
